For standard delivery, we have one flat charge of £4.95 for all order sizes. We use Royal Mail for our domestic orders and aim to get your goods to you within the standard delivery time of 3-5 working days. If you need your order sooner, email (link) or call us (link) and we can arrange first class delivery which should arrive in 1-2 days.
We aim to dispatch goods on the same day the order is made.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on where you would like your parcel sent, but goods are usually delivered within 10 working days of order receipt. For more information on your specific needs, contact us email@example.com.
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from Timeless but if for any reason you would like to return it for an exchange or refund, simply send it back to us.
All goods returned must be in 'as sold' condition in the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange used or damaged goods (apart from those damaged in transit - this does not affect your statutory rights).
We are unable to refund the cost of postage and the postage costs of returned items is at the buyer's expense.
Goods being returned to us but lost in transit remain the buyer's responsibility so we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage whenever you send something back to us. This will help you track any lost parcels.
If you would like to exchange your goods for another item of equal value, then please fill in the Returns Form included with your order and send back to us. An additional £4.95 postage fee will be incurred for the replacement item. If you would like to exchange your goods for an item of different value, then please contact us before returning your item.
If you are in any way unhappy with your order we will happily refund the value of the goods using the same method of original payment. Goods must be returned in 'as sold' condition as outlined above and be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please complete the Returns Form supplied with your order and post back to us, obtaining proof of postage.
